Daryl's primary goal was to preserve Sabrina’s natural charm and ease of listening. To achieve this, he turned to his work on the Chronosonic XVX, using the lessons and innovations from that project to refine Sabrina’s performance. The result is a loudspeaker that elevates its predecessor, improving transient speed, resolution, intimacy, and transparency while deepening its already remarkable musicality.

Description

The SabrinaX represents a complete reimagining of the beloved Sabrina, one of Wilson Audio's most admired small floor-standing loudspeakers. Known for its rare combination of dynamic resolution, musical authority, and midrange beauty, Sabrina won a loyal following for its inherent "rightness" in sound. The SabrinaX takes this legacy further by incorporating advanced design changes, including a full X-Material enclosure, previously limited to just the baffle and spike plate in the original Sabrina. This new construction dramatically improves bass transient clarity, enhances silence between the notes, and brings out superior rhythmic timing and pace, all while pushing the cabinet closer to the ideal of near-silent performance.

The SabrinaX also benefits from Wilson’s refined tweeter, the MK5, which combines ultra-low distortion, high resolution, and ease, providing unparalleled musical engagement. Its newly developed woofers, paired with the more inert cabinet, result in incredibly fast, articulate midbass and a solid bass foundation. The introduction of the Wilson AudioCapX-WA capacitor, designed and manufactured in-house, significantly lowers the noise floor, offering improved detail and resolution. Finally, the upgraded binding posts, based on the design from the Chronosonic XVX, ensure greater reliability and sonic integrity for high-current connections, completing the SabrinaX’s evolution into a more dynamic and transparent loudspeaker.

What is the warranty on Wilson Audio Speakers?

Wilson Audio warrants its electronics to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the conditions outlined herein. The standard warranty period is 90 days from the original purchase date. However, if the following two requirements are met, the warranty extends to five (5) years from the original purchase date:

The Warranty Registration Form must be returned to Wilson Audio within 30 days of product delivery.
The product must be professionally installed by the Wilson Audio dealer who sold it, unless otherwise stated in the Owner’s Manual.

Do you offer service on Wilson Audio speakers?

We do! In many cases we can service a still under warranty speakers in the home, however in rare cases we might need to bring it in for more extensive maintenance.
