Description

XL Phono Interconnect offers a significant performance upgrade compared to the REFERENCE Phono Interconnect, thanks to its meticulously chosen and matched network components. These components are tailored to suit the electrical characteristics of both the cable and its length, while the network is calibrated more precisely to the electrical output of your phono cartridge. Additionally, the electrical characteristics of the tonearm wiring are carefully considered, as they play a vital role as an extension of both the phono cartridge and the phono interconnect.

The XL Phono excels at transferring well-defined bass energy deeper into the bottom octave, offering a quieter interface for low-level audio signals compared to REFERENCE Phono Interconnect, ensuring superior sound clarity. It is handcrafted in the USA and designed to seamlessly integrate into high-end audio systems. Additionally, XL Phono Interconnect can be upgraded to OPUS or MAGNUM OPUS Phono Interconnects for even higher levels of performance.

Custom-machined, gold-plated RCAs are used to transfer signals effortlessly through precision OFHC strands, while elegant carbon fiber composite (CFC) modules house the custom-calibrated networks. These modules not only allow electromagnetic fields to expand freely, but they also accommodate a greater mass of epoxy resin, significantly reducing the impact of resonance and vibration on delicate audio signals. The result is a phono interconnect that maintains the integrity of the audio signal and provides a cleaner, more accurate reproduction of the music, preserving every nuance and harmonic detail.
