The R7 Meta, a mid-sized floor-standing tower speaker, offers powerful and detailed sound ideal for both home theater and two-channel music setups. Equipped with KEF's cutting-edge Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT), the R7 Meta absorbs unwanted sound waves from the rear of the tweeter, delivering a clearer, purer, and more immersive listening experience.

At the heart of the R7 Meta is KEF's advanced 12th generation Uni-Q® driver array, which places the 1" aluminum dome tweeter at the center of the 5" aluminum cone midrange driver. This unique configuration allows the sound from both drivers to reach your ears simultaneously, resulting in a more natural and cohesive sound. The addition of the "Shadow Flare" ring around the Uni-Q array minimizes sound diffraction and reduces distortion, contributing to the speaker's remarkable clarity. The R7 Meta also features two 6-1/2" hybrid aluminum woofers that deliver taut, accurate bass, enhanced by rear-firing cabinet ports designed to prevent air turbulence and unwanted resonance.
