Description

At the heart of the MPC1500 lies a large, whisper-quiet toroidal isolation transformer, meticulously wound to act as a low-pass filter that banishes unwanted AC line noise, ensuring a pure, unadulterated power supply for your audio components. Complementing this precision is a quick-acting surge suppression module that engages at just 2V above nominal, safely diverting excess voltage to the neutral wire—protecting your equipment without the need for costly replacements.

Engineered for versatility and uncompromised performance, the MPC1500 is available with either six medical-grade Type B1 or six high-quality Type F1 receptacles, specifically tailored to meet local power standards. Two receptacles remain continuously active, while the remaining four can be individually controlled via rear panel switches, with LED indicators clearly displaying their status. Innovative blue watt meters provide real-time voltage and current draw readings, all elegantly presented on the timeless McIntosh black glass front panel featuring blue meters, an illuminated logo, precision control knobs, and sleek aluminum end caps. The MPC1500 is the definitive power solution—designed to deliver the uncompromised performance and reliability that discerning audio enthusiasts demand.
