Kaleidescape provides a standard 60 month limited warranty for new Strato or Terra hardware products. Kaleidescape provides a standard 36 month limited warranty for new Premiere hardware products.
Do you offer service on Kaleidescape Products?
We do! In many cases we can service a still under warranty products in the home, however in rare cases we might need to bring it in for more extensive maintenance.
