Description

The 700 Series showcases the latest generation of our iconic Solid Body Tweeter-on-Top housing, with a newly elongated form that incorporates a longer tube-loading system for even freer, more open high frequencies. The carefully decoupled housing is milled from a single solid block of aluminum, enhancing resistance to resonance and ensuring pure, undistorted sound.

This uncompromising two-way speaker reveals the subtle nuances in music that others miss. Its high-performance design includes a Solid Body Tweeter-on-Top, inspired by the 800 Series Diamond, and purpose-built Carbon Dome tweeters. These tweeters significantly improve upon the aluminum double dome, raising the breakup threshold to 47kHz for exceptional imaging accuracy and detail.

The Continuum™ cone, with its composite construction, eliminates the abrupt transitions seen in conventional drive units, resulting in a more open and neutral sound. This innovation ensures that voices and instruments are delivered with unmatched precision and transparency, elevating every listening experience.

Bowers & Wilkins warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase for a period of five (5) years for passive loudspeakers, two (2) years for powered loudspeakers, electronics and headphones, and ninety (90) days for spare parts and accessories.
