The MA5300 embodies McIntosh’s unwavering commitment to uncompromised audio performance. This direct-coupled amplifier delivers 100 watts per channel into 8-ohm loads—or 160 watts into 4-ohm—while dual-scale blue watt meters provide precise, real-time power readouts. Its versatile input section features 12 connections, including six analog (four unbalanced, one balanced, and one dedicated to turntables) and six digital (two each coaxial and optical, plus one USB and one proprietary MCT), all integrated into McIntosh’s advanced DA1 Digital Audio Module with an 8-channel, 32-bit DAC operating in quad balanced mode. Every input can be intuitively named for effortless system control.

Engineered for peak performance, the MA5300 incorporates custom McIntosh Monogrammed Heatsinks and high-current output transistors to eliminate warm-up time, ensuring optimal sound from the first note. What is the warranty on McIntosh Products?

McIntosh Laboratory, Inc. ("McIntosh") warrants to the original owner that this product will be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase from an Authorized McIntosh Dealer.
However, certain components have different coverage periods: vacuum tubes are warranted for 90 days, while hard disk drives and projector lamps are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Additionally, where required by applicable state law at the time of purchase, the warranty period may begin on a different date as specified by law.
